Brand T&E -- what's good for the Ritz is good for you

Joseph Jaffe proffers the notion of Brand T&E lifting the idea from sales where a good sales person fully utilizes their travel & entertainment allocation to build/maintain loyal customer relationships. The Brand T&E notion makes a ton of sense whether you are a consumer or business brand.
